Instructor Application 2010

Instructor applications are being taken through March 14th, 2010. Please fill out the form below. The blind jury process is scheduled for March 20th and all instructors will be notified within a couple of days.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Please send a follow-up e-mail to Create@fibercollege.org with a digital photo of your project attached after submitting this application. Every class proposal MUST be acompanied by a representative digital photo to be considered. You should receive notification that we have your application within 24 hours of submission.

Instructors receive 75% of all class fees collected or a minimum payment of $50 (which ever is greater). Class fees are as follows:

2hrs. - $30.00	3hrs.- $40.00	4hrs.- $50.00	Full day (Thursday only)- $70.00
Instructors are paid by check no later than September 27th.

How long is your class? Choose a 2, 3 or 4 hour time slot. Need more time? 6 hour time slots are available on Thursday.
Maximum number of students in you class (if other than 12). A class is considered a go with a minimum of two students.
