Getting hooked on crafts at Fiber College on Penobscot Bay

SEARSPORT (Sep 9): Searsport Shores Ocean Campgrounds on Route 1 was
the site Sept. 8-10 of Fiber College on Penobscot Bay, "three glorious
days of fiber crafts to enrich people's minds and souls."

Highlights included demonstrations, vendors, a
discovery zone, animals and classes on topics involving weaving,
spinning, quilting, paper, knots, knitting, hooking, felting,
embroidery, dyeing, crocheting, color theory, collage, braiding,
