Release and Waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement:

In consideration of my being permitted to participate in and of the classes and events of Fiber College, I hereby agree to waive, discharge from claims, release and indemnify Fiber College on Penobscot Bay, Searsport Shores Ocean camping and their volunteers and contractors from any and all liability on account of personal injury, theft, loss or other damage to myself or my property, to the maximum extent permitted by law, whether due to negligence, strict liability or other cause.  I have read and I understand this waiver and I agree to voluntarily assume all risks of my participating in any manner.

1. Send your completed registration form with full payment by check or money order, payable to Fiber College:

2. Please include a self addressed envelope,  #10 business size for registration confirmation, tickets to gain entry to the classes and events, and for supply lists as applicable.  We'll pay the postage.
   
2. Class cancellations:  Class cancellations postmarked by August 1, 2008 will receive a refund less the registration fee.  NO refunds will be made for class cancellations postmarked after August 1, 2008.
3. Please note, for the comfort and safety of guests and exhibit animals, no pets will be allowed on College grounds or in the parking areas.

I agree to Class cancellation/refund policy.  I also agree not to bring pets to Fiber College.
